President Biden and Vice President Harris are in Philadelphia on Wednesday to kick off an effort to shore up support from Black voters. While in the battleground state of Pennsylvania, Democrats are launching a group called “Black Voters for Biden-Harris.” The trip includes a meeting and a visit by Biden to a Black-owned small business.
