Francesco “Fran” DeLuca is rejoining Ogletree Deakins as an employment law shareholder in the firm’s Boston office, the firm said Tuesday.

DeLuca, who will also practice in Providence, Rhode Island, advises clients on a full spectrum of labor and employment matters, including discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, class actions, human resources management, whistleblowing and compliance, and unfair competition and trade secrets. , the company said.

He has represented clients across industries including financial services, technology, healthcare, life sciences and manufacturing, the company said.
